For urgent appointments:
Please be sure to tell the receptionist if you require urgent medical attention, then we can arrange for you to be assessed as soon as possible.
Consultations:
Routine doctor’s appointments are set at 10-15 minutes.
If you are running late for your appointment, please call the clinic to reschedule as we may not be able to accommodate your late arrival. To allow the Doctor to remain on time and prevent other patients being inconvenienced, your appointment will end at the allotted time.
If you have several issues you wish to consult on, or if you require minor surgery, a medical exam (i.e Immigration, Licensing), or want more than one family member seen, then please advise the receptionist at the time of booking so that more time can be allocated – fees will be adjusted accordingly.
All new patients are required to book a double appointment for their first visit.
Cancellation of appointments:
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact our reception as soon as possible, so we are able to offer that time to another patient who may need it.
Failed appointments may incur the following fees:
- Booked Double Appointments $20
- Specialist appointment $20
Test Results
Our policy is to contact you with any results that we consider will affect your healthcare, and if action is needed, to arrange follow-up.
We will not contact you regarding results that are not clinically relevant, however, you may request that we inform you of all your results irrespective of the outcome. This will be noted on your file.
