Our GP service closes at 12pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 and re-opens on Monday 5 January 2026.
Please order your repeat scripts before midday, on Monday 22nd December 2025, to ensure you have sufficient medication to last you through the Holiday Season.
Repeat Script requests are managed within 2 weekdays and for scripts required more urgently, an additional $10.00 urgent script fee is incurred. There is no charge for repeat scripts managed for children aged 13 years and under. However, if a child’s script is required urgently then the urgent script fee will be incurred.
NB: Repeat scripts ordered after midday, on Monday 22nd December, will incur an urgent script fee. Scripts ordered after midday on Tuesday 24 December 2025 will not be managed until we reopen on 5 January 2026.
Patients are encouraged to join OneHealth’s secure Patient Portal: Manage My Health. Within the portal, you can request repeat scripts, book appointments, and view personal medical information, including laboratory results. Results are visible once reviewed and filed by your GP. NB: We only contact patients whose results require further treatment or follow-up as per OneHealth’s Results policy. We avoid emailing results, so if you have yet to register for the portal, please email: info@onehealthgp.co.nz.
Alternatively, if you prefer your results to be emailed then you can present at an Awanui Lab collection centre, with photo ID and ask to sign a ‘Request for Results Form. Once the form is signed, and processed, the laboratory will directly email you your results.

OneHealth’s Urgent Care service remains open 8am – 8pm every day, throughout the holiday season, including Christmas Day. However, the Urgent Care service is unable to issue a 3-month script for your chronic medication. Should a patient present, for such a script, only a one-month interim script will be issued, with an Urgent Care consult fee incurred.
Please avoid entering the clinic if you suspect you have measles. Stay in your car, preferably in the top carpark, and call reception for further instructions.
Just a reminder that payment is required on the day of consultation and invoices, for repeat prescriptions and telehealth consults, must be paid within 7 days.
